The meals of the restaurant Umarí (in Burú hotel) are previously established according to the dietary restrictions of the guests, with 4 times of service (Two appetizers, main course and dessert) accompanied by natural juice (a pitcher) of Amazonian fruits.

Dress code at dinner:
Formal attire is required for dinners at Umarí Restaurant.

For a better experience at dinner hours we ask you to refrain from:
– Entering with rubber boots, tennis or trekking shoes.
– Wet clothes (check our dress code).
– Smoking, the use of electronic cigarettes or vapes (use the designated places).
– If you wish to continue consuming beverages or food in the room, ask staff to safely transfer your plates or cups.
